Sub-processors
Version 1.0 — August 11, 2026. Third parties that may process Service Data in the course of providing a Customer Instance (see the DPA, section 5). Customers are notified at least 30 days before an addition or replacement.

Transactional email: a transactional email provider (for agent account emails such as password resets) is appointed per instance during onboarding and is confirmed in the customer’s order form. Customers are notified before any change.
